Bear in mind that Roger Stone was just arrested a month ago, and has yet to stand trial. Marina Butina’s boyfriend Paul Erickson was just indicted three weeks ago.

The only way they’re going to wrap up the investigation without waiting to see what information these people might give up is if (1) they already have all the evidence they need, or (2) if they’re being forced to shut down.
