I do believe I’m leaning toward Warren. You bring up good points about Biden’s foreign policy expertise, but my view is that our economic problems are a bigger crisis than the international threats from Russia and the like. Don’t take that to mean that I underestimate how big the Russia problem is — I don’t. It’s just that I trust Warren more on foreign policy than I do Biden on economic issues. I don’t think Biden would be nearly as tough on Wall Street as Warren would be.

Another way of phrasing it would be that I think Warren and Biden would have very similar foreign policy goals. He has more experience, but with the right advisers (perhaps even Biden himself), she should do just fine in that arena.

But I’m not convinced that Biden shares Warren’s goals on the economic front, and that’s where I have to side with Warren.
