I don’t agree that boycotting Fox News is a move intended to “own the cons.”

Rather, it is a judgment on the fact that Fox News is not a legitimate news source, but a state propaganda machine.

It is a judgment on the fact that the network is infested with anchors (I refuse to use the word “journalists”) and TV personalities who do not argue in good faith.

It is a judgment on the fact that Fox trades in fear and hate without any concern for whether their statements have a basis in truth and reality.

Now, with that said, I do encourage each and every Democrat candidate to go on Fox News like Bernie did, and make their voices heard. Fox’s people are going to lie about what the Democrats stand for, there is no question about it. Only the candidates themselves can show up and set the record straight.

If they do go on, I think they should stick to the town hall model that Bernie used. It seems to generate far more productive discourse than debates between two or more candidates.
