I pretty well enjoyed the final season, aside from parts of it feeling rushed. I think it could have benefited from a higher episode count, but overall, I’m very pleased with how things ended.

This backlash we’re seeing from fans is a disturbing new trend. We saw it with The Last Jedi, too. Fans these days seem to be incapable of enjoying a story unless it unfolds exactly how they expect it to.

And I guess that’s fine. But to go further and say that the writer should be barred from future installments in the franchise, or to say that the film or season should be remade entirely?

There’s a word for that: entitlement.
